Move # 4

Hello Family!

I keep wondering how long this "transition" phase is going to last for us. It's getting to be pretty crazy. Currently both Spencer and I are working 2 jobs. We just moved into the basement of a family of our ward's house. And yes, as my subject says, this is the 4th time we've moved since we've been married (actually 3 for Spencer, 4 for me). As crazy at that might sound, we do see a light at the end of the tunnel. I think that all of the craziness will pay off in the end. We got an offer on our Villa Rica house on Friday. It was a little low, so we will be negotiating in the next few days. Also Spencer passed Phase 1 of the FBI test. I am very excited for him!! There are 3 phases overall, and it is a long process from 1-3. I am trying to stay patient.

My life has changed quite a bit. I quit my job at the law firm and am now working 2 part time jobs. I work as a nanny for 2 girls, which has been very enjoyable so far. Well...maybe except for the day when one of them threw a MAJOR tempor tantrum and we ended up locked IN their bedroom, while the mom was locked out of the apartment. I got us out by breaking off the hook on a pen and unscrewing the entire doorknob off. Other than that day, it's been fun. My other job is for a commercial development company. They are moving to Florida in May, and needed temporary help until then. They already offered me a job in Tampa, which is very appealing to me, but we'll have to see what happens with Spencer first. It's very easy work, but I can definitley use the extra money right now.

Well hopefully this next weekend we will be able to go down to Destin with Jon and Emily Rusch. Emily's parents have a beach house and they invited us to go down with them. I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty excited to see the ocean again. I can use a weekend off.
