John's letter 3/24/08

Well hello fam. ya i hope the package will get here. i hear if its food it might get here. but anyway yes i have forgotten english and i actually have to think what i am typing and i dont like it. you guys might have to wait for more pictures cause we are at a different internet place and it isnt working. sounds like its goin fine at home, glad that dad is goin to make some money. i tell you what if things get to bad just move down here for a while to get our savings back up. we live on about less than 10 bucks a week. lets see o ya the babtism haha. kinda important this is correct i had my first, second, and third babtism. it was an older lady and two brothers one 9 and one 12. it was interesting cause they had crazy hard names and the water was about at my knees. so it was pretty hard to get them all the way under. we had to make one kid go on his knees cause he kept kicking his feet up. i am getting more relaxed being here, it is hard though i have dreams like every night that feel real that im chilling at home talking about the mission. then wake up and forget where i am. haha but its all good. o ya somethin amazing might happen on the 12th of april. we are planning on 15 babtisms in one day. nobody around here is doin that many and we are pretty close with 12 confirmed. so im hoping we can get it cause that would be awesome. we also have 3 couples getting married this month to get babtized. its so crazy how many ppl just will let us in there house and teach. even if they know that they dont like us. i love it. que mas uhh well i am excited for brooke thats awesome. i hope that all goes well and i will want to be updated on all that. i probly cant look at those pictures u just sent me mom but i can look later i dont have much time cause these computers are slow. umm the food is getting interesting but i eat it anyway for energy i gae up wondering what it is im eating and just eat it. in some places in our mission is normal to eat tiger and alligator meat a lot which i hear is good. i think i had cow stomach last week.....ya it was interesting. i didnt know till a couple days later. i just thought it was bad chicken haha. thats crazy about allyn but good at the same time tell him hello for me. o ya it rained for me yesturday in the morning. man when it rains it rains solid for a couple hours and just sits cause there are no hills here. all flat. umm im getting my amazing tan line goin its pretty awesome not goin to lie. um if ppl from the ward want to contact me either can write or email doesnt matter to me. i should be in this area for a while. buuut umm me and my companion are doin well he makes me work pretty hard haha which is good for me but hard at times. but i can understand most of a conversation now and respond. i get a lot of comments on my spanish the members thought i have been here for 3 months already which is a good thing i guess. i hate looking at calenders haha but the time is goin by super fast. i am fine stuff and health whise i can buy pretty much anything here i need. ya so i love you guys and i will send some pictures home next week.
