Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. I am including a photo of John rappelling down a mountain. I will let him describe what he did. As you can see, he has come a long way since when he was afraid to get on the Pirates of the Carribbean boat at Disney World.
We have been buying all sorts of plants and flowers to plant around the house so it looks a little more colorful outside. We (really Carol and the boys) put pine straw around the border of the yard to cover up all of the weeds. I spent the last couple of days bush hogging the road and more of the border. You can't see that much difference but I feel better. We will send a picture when more plants are planted.
The biggest news is Carol's tennis team won the City Championship for their classification last Thursday. Carol was the captain and did a great job keeping the team together for the season. Send her a big congratulations. I will include a photo of their team.
My tennis team just won the semi-final game yesterday so we play for the city championship next Saturday. I play line five which means if we win three out of the first four matches then I don't play. I haven't played the last two matches.
Work is progressing. We have a closing this week which means that we might actually get paid something. We have a couple of other deals that look promising so the next couple of weeks should be good.
