Three of us--Lisa, Gary, and I, went on a safari in Georgia! Who knew such adventures could be so easily accessible?! Actually I hadn't gotten my airco fixed in my car and it was blazing hot on the two hour drive down there, but it was fine! It made it feel more like we were driving to Africa! We actually did this the first week of May, but now is a good time to write about it, I think. Note: Lisa had no idea the giraffe had his tongue out during this picture. As soon as the shutter closed on the camera she was screaming bloody murder. Basically we laughed for an hour straight as various animals poked their heads in for some munchies. I felt like I was in the Jurassic Park as I looked in my side veiw mirror and all I could see was a galloping horned animal's nose in it and I thought "objects are closer than they appear." We drove out of there with zebra hair on my seats and giraffe slobber on my windshield.
